Qatar 2036 Olympic Games Bid
Leading a strategic engagement team as Lead of Stakeholders Engagement, Follow-Up & Coordination for the Qatar 2036 Olympic Games Bid Committee. Acting as primary liaison (SPOC) bridging R&D, Operational, and Steering committees. Coordinating 66+ stakeholders nationwide and developing tender frameworks and procurement steps for six bidding agencies.
World Aquatics & Master Championships 2024
Served as Deputy Director of Sports Operations for the World Aquatics & Master Championships 2024 in Doha. Responsible for planning and delivery across 6 aquatic sports and 5 Olympic disciplines. Supervised international teams, managed venue readiness, competition schedules, and technical delivery across the entire event.
FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 — Team Base Camp Manager
Served as Team Base Camp Manager for Team Cameroon during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Oversaw logistics, schedule planning, and secure operations for 50+ personnel. Acted as central liaison for security, medical, and technical units, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the tournament.
